Today Asi Fida Hussain Gopanp of P.S Sarhari arrested and produced accused Haji Mevo alongwith his report and mashirnama of arrest. Order passed thereon. The trial in the instant case has been concluded and the statement of accused U/S 342 CR.P.C has also been recorded, then accused jumped away his bail, proceedings against him have been initiated but no fruitful result came out, Consequently, proclamation U/S 87/88 have been issued. Today the police produce him before the Court being arrested. Since has misused the bail concession and arrested after issuance of proclamations, thus, under such circumstances, his bail plea stand forfeited, Let notice to his surety be also issued/repeated as to why the surety amount should not be forfeited and recovered. Anyhow accused does not make any complaint regarding his being maltreated at the hands of police after his arrest, till his production before this Court, he is hereby remanded to jail to be produce on 10.11.2025 at about 08:30.A.M without fail. Since the case is ripe for arguments, thus, the State Counsel and defense Counsel are required to advanced their arguments on the given date. Let the remand warrant be issued.
