Today statement of process server ASI Ghulam Nabi Girwan has been recorded at Ex.01, he produced un-executed NBW, he produced attested copy of departure and araival rowznamcha entry No.16 & 25 of Ps Shahdadpur, he produced statement of nek mards namely Muhammad Khan and Mevo and their photo stat copies of CNICs, he produced his verification report and SHO verification report he stated that accused Sher is confined Suptt: District Prison & Correctional Facility Sanghar an other crime No. 417/2025 of Ps Shahdadpur. Order passed on statement of process server. Issue warrant of arrest u/s 87-Cr.P.C and order of attachment u/s 88-Cr.P.C against accused persons namely Dil Sher, Dildar and Ghaleem through concerned SHO and concerned Mukhtiarkar and issue show cause notice to SHO due to not submitted subsequently report of accused Sher. SHO is directed to appeared in person with direction to submit subsequently report of accused Sher alongwith reply of show cause notice. Put off to 24-02-2026 for execution u/s 87/88-Cr.P.C against absconders accused persons namely Dilsher, Dildar and Ghaleem. |
