Sessions case No.542/2019 is taken up in open Court. Accused Ali Dino is present on bail. Accused Qalandar Bakhsh is produced from District Prison Shikarpur. In view of EJI approved by Honourable NJMPC and with consent scheduling certificate is issued. Evidence of complainant PW-1 Mst. Sardar Khatoon is recorded at Exh.9, she produced receipt receiving dead body of deceased, FIR and PS copy of her own CNIC at Exh.9/A to Exh.9/C, PW-2 Mst. Bakhtawar at Exh. 10, she produced PS copy of her own CNIC at Exh.10/A. Complainant submitted application duly supported with her own affidavit which is taken on record at Exh.11. On this score, learned DDPP closed the side of prosecution vide statement at Exh.12. Nothing incriminating is brought against the accused at the trial, hence no need to record the statement of accused under section 342 Cr.PC. Final arguments heard.
