Sardar Khatoon is recorded at Exh.9, she produced receipt receiving dead body of deceased, FIR and PS copy of her own CNIC at Exh.9/A to Exh.9/C, PW-2 Mst. Bakhtawar at Exh. 10, she produced PS copy of her own CNIC at Exh.10/A. Complainant submitted application duly supported with her own affidavit which is taken on record at Exh.11.
