S.C 541/2024 arising out of Direct Complaint fixed in today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC system is taken up. Accused Sikandar Ali is present on bail. Attendance of lady accused Mst. Kalsoom was dispensed with but later on her counsel on the date of previous date of hearing remained absent and this court ordered for appearance of accused Mst. This is second call, on first call, case was kept aside. Accused Sikandar Ali is present on bail. The accused Mst. Kalsoom is absent and she was ordered to be put on her personal appearance. No application has been filed on behalf of her counsel and he submitted that on previous date of hearing, he sent adjournment applicant along with the ground of his appearance before Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur. Whatever the reason be, this Court ordered for personal appearance of accused Mst. Kalsoom. This was the strong submission of the counsel for complainant that once Mst. Kalsoom may appear before the Court and then this Court may pass appropriate orders. The cross examination of complainant as witness No.1 after recall and re-affirmed was being recorded and prior to this the counsel for complainant did not bring in notice of the Court on first call. The further cross examination of complainant was reserved till next date of hearing. The counsel for accused is required to ensure the appearance of accused Mst. Kalsoom so that necessary orders be passed on next date of hearing. By consent, case is adjourned to 19.09.2026, for personal appearance of accused Mst.
