In the given circumstances, absence of counsel for accused appears to be beyond his control; hence, previous order of recalling the order of dispensing the attendance of accused Mst. Kalsoom and her appearance is recalled, her attendance is dispensed with, as in detail order. However, the counsel for accused is required that in case in future, he does not appear for any reason, he must produce supportive proof. By consent case is adjourned to 13.12.2025 for evidence.
