Heard arguments on application u/s 249-A Cr. PC.order passed and announced in open court.In view of No objection given by complainant Fida Hussain, I am of view that there is no probability of the accused namely Altaf Hussain being convicted of any offence,hence he is acquitted under section:249-A crpc,accused is present on bail his bail bond stands cancelled and surety discharged. |
