Today suit in hand is fixed for evidence of plaintiff???s side. Perusal of record shows that issues are framed on 18.12.2025, however, perusal of record reflects that plaintiff has remained absent along with his witnesses on date of hearings viz. 05.01.2026, 22.01.2026, 26.02.2026, 06.04.2026 as well as today, such attitude on part of plaintiff indicates as lack of interest, therefore, this Court finds no option except to dismiss the suit in non-prosecution. Accordingly, suit is dismissed in non-prosecution. |
