R & Ps of instant Crl. B.B.A U/s 498 Cr.P.C received from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. Matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. Accused Waseem Ahmed is absconders and declared as P.Os. Learned ADPP for the State is present. Side close statement submitted by learned ADPP at Ex.05. Order on it. File. Heard. Order also passed, signed and announced in open court at Ex.06. The instant case be kept on dormant file till arrest of accused, however, the warrant shall continue to be issued fortnightly till arrest or appearance of the accused and case shall be fixed as formal one. The SHO concerned should also submit his progress report in this regard on every 15 days till arrest of the accused persons. Office is directed to issue letter to NADRA authority for blockage of CNICs of proclaimed offenders accused through I.O of the case. |
