This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Gulzar Ali son of Manzoor, 02-Nadir son of Abdul Rahman, 03-Manzoor son of Ghulam Hussain, 04-Ahmed son of Ghous Bux all by caste Mugheri in Crime No.19/2026 of PS Shaheed Fattah Hayat Mekan for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,504,506/2,147,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 05.05.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused Gulzar Ali, Nadir and Ahmed have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Manzoor son of Ghulam Hussain has failed to furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
