Order passed and announced in open Court, such order passed on separate sheet, taken on record, whereby the instant post arrest Bail application of applicant/accused Zulfiqar Ali and Aijaz both by caste Magsi is hereby granted subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees each accused persons) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
