Mr. Shoaib Ahmed Suhriyani advocate also filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Allah Bux @ Mullan @ Mullo and Farooque. Order. Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by the DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.13. Arguments heard from both sides on the application. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.14 that accused Allah Bux Bux @ Mullan @ Mullo and Farooq are hereby acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. Accused Allah Bux @ Mullan is present on bail, his bail bonds stand cancelled and surety is discharged. Accused Farooq is produced in custody through video link, he is remanded back alongwith acquittal intimation, with direction to jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. Case against absconding accused Yar Ali be kept on dormant file, till his arrest or surrender before the Court. |
