Post arrest bail application called. Today the bail application of applicant/accused Muhammad @ Muhammad Bux by caste Rahoojo is fixed for arguments. Learned ADPP for the state, learned DC are present and learned counsel for complainant is called absent. Complainant and P.W Wazeer are present and their affidavits already on record regarding no objection for grant bail of present applicants/accused. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court, such order passed on separate sheet, taken on record, whereby the instant post arrest Bail application of applicant/accused Muhammad @ Muhammad Bux by caste Rahoojo is hereby granted subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100000/- (Hundred rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. |
