Warrants U/S 87 and 88 Cr.P.C issued against the absconding accused persons. Warrant U/S 87 Cr.P.C returned by ASI. Statement of ASI Sher Muhammad is recorded at Ex..02., he produce documents at Ex..02/A to Ex..02/G. Order passed on it. In view of the statement of process server, I am satisfied that proceeding U/s 87 Cr.P.C has been completed against accused namely Aijaz, Ali Akbar, Shabir, Khanan, and Khan Jan. Record further reflects that report U/s 88 Cr.P.C has also been received from Concerned Mukhtiarkar at Ex..03, wherein it is stated that no movable or Immovable property is registered in the name of absconding accused persons. Since Proceedings U/s 87 & 88 Cr.P.C have been completed against accused persons; therefore, they are hereby declared as proclaimed offenders.All the formalities have been completed. The section 324 PPC is exclusively triable by the court of Honourable Sessions Judge. Case Put off to 28-01-2026 for sent up. Office is directed to send the R&Ps to the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Shikarpur. Accused present in custody and remanded back to custody with direction to produce them before the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Shikarpur on the date of hearing. |
