Sessions case called. Accused Ameer, Manthar and Imran have already been declared as P.O. ADPP for the state is present and submitted statement by mentioning that the prosecution will examine the witnesses in the presence of accused and further requested to keep the case on dormant file till the arrest of accused. Order on it. File. at Ex. 05. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced in open court. Since the accused have been shifted to unknown place and his whereabouts is not known to anybody else, therefore there is no chance of his appearance before this Court in near future. Thus, further proceedings of the case in absence of accused will be futile exercise and wastage of precious time of this Court. In the given circumstances, let the case against present accused Ameer, Manthar and Imran be kept on dormant file. |
