R & Ps of instant case received by this Court from Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. The matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. In first version, the accused Hairuddin @ Hairoo is present on bail, accused Shafique and Moroo @ Morezado are shown as expired in the challan/charge sheet and their names were struck off, while remaining accused are absconders and already declared as P.Os. In second version the accused Shah Dost, Khalid Hussain, Karim Bux, Shahmurad, Suhno Khan and Faqeer Bux are present on bail. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, learned ADPP for the State is present. Learned defense counsel are present. Copies of necessary case papers supplied to all the present accused free of costs, under proper receipt at Ext.04. Case is adjourned to:07.11.2026, for framing of charge. Present accused are directed to attend on the date of hearing. |
