D/O PW I.O ASI Muhammad Anwer recorded at Ex.8 and he produced daily diary entries, memo of arrest of accused and CRO R&R at Ex.8-A to 8-D. The DDPP for the state closed the side of prosecution vide statement at Ex.9. Let the statement of accused be recorded, statement of accused Wahid Bux @ Wahid and Changez at Ex.10 and 11. Arguments heard from both sides. Judgement passed and announced in open Court at Ex.12 that accused Wahid Bux @ Wahid son of Muhammad Malook Sabzoi and Changez son of Nazir Ahmed Lashari are acquitted u/s 265 H(i) Cr.PC. They are present on bail, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties are discharged. Case against absconding accused Irfan is kept on dormant file till his arrest or surrender before the Court. |
