The present accused namely Bablo son of Jeand by caste Bhayo is hereby convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C and sentenced for the offences punishable U/Sec 324, 353, 399 and 402 PPC to undergo for the period, which he has already remained in jail.
