Mr. Muhammad Murad Chachar advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Ganj Ali and Beera. Order. Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by the DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.12. Arguments heard from both sides on the application. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.14 that accused Ganj Ali, and Beera are hereby acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. Accused Ganj Ali and Beera are present on bail, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties are discharged. Case against absconding accused Yar Ali be kept on dormant file, till his arrest or surrender before the Court. |
