Applicant / Tenant filed the application under section 10 (3) of the sindh premises ordinance 1979. Through Advocate heard advocate for the applicant/ tenant admit, Register subject to legal objection if any, Let the rent be deposited with the Nazir / N.B.P, at the Risk of the applicant / tenant with notice/ intimation to other side on cost through bailiff as well as through registered A/D & TCS. This deposit shall not absolve the opponent for the effect of default if any already committed nor shall bound the landlord to accept he deposit or deemed sufficient tender as to the arrears of rent. Application is disposed off accordingly as allowed. |
