This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Yousif Magsi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sajjad Ali, 02-Nisar Ahmed, 03-Imran Ahmed all sons of Muhammad Usman Magsi in Crime No.27/2026 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousadn) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shadhadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 05.05.2026, for confirmation or otherwise.
