This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Misri Khan Janwri advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Gulab son of Sikandar Junejo, 02-Gul Bahar son of Sikandar Junejo, 03-Gulzar son of Mithal Junejo, 04-Sikandar son of Gambal Junejo in Crime No.51/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 452,506/2,504,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousan) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
