The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Noor Ahmed Lashari advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ghulam Muhammad @ Babloo son of Abdul Kareem Totani in Crime No.20/2026 of PS Warrah for offence U/S 382,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 29.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
