Learned counsel for plaintiff has sought clarity regarding the order dated; 22.10.2025. Clarity is provided and it is reiterated that the directions for the attachment of the performance security only means that the attachment and preservation of the same with the Nazir of this Court. Ad-Interim Injunction has been varied with the same stipulation and any order regarding the performance security after the due attachment with the Nazir will depend on further outcome of the case.
