Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shadhadkot. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concered Court. Put off to 30.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
