Case called. Accused Tabish @ Tabu Junejo is present on bail. While accused persons namely 1.Sharif son of Uris Mallah, 2.Abdullah son of Meer Mallah, 3.Hameed son of Meer Mallah, 4.Bakhat @ Commando son of Yar Muhamamd Hingoro and 5.Sarang son of Ubaidullah Brohi are absconders. Proclamation U/s 87 Cr.P.C returned by the ASI Abdul Nabi. His statement recorded at Exh.No.2 he produced the relevant docments at Exh.No.2/A to 2/F. Report on proclamation U/s 88 Cr.P.C has been received from Mukhtiarkar concerned and kept on record at Exh.No.3, which shows that the accused persons have no any immoveable property. Accused persons namely 1.Sharif son of Uris Mallah, 2.Abdullah son of Meer Mallah, 3.Hameed son of Meer Mallah, 4.Bakhat @ Commando son of Yar Muhamamd Hingoro and 5.Sarang son of Ubaidullah Brohi are are hereby declared proclaimed offenders vide order at Exh.No.4. Papers supplied to accused at Exh.No.5. Since, the Section 324 PPC is exclusively triable by the Honourable Sessions Court. Let the R & Ps be sent up to the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Dadu. Case put off to 13.5.2026 for charge. Present accused is directed to appear before the Court of Honorable Sessions Judge Dadu on next date of hearing. |
