From perusal of case diaries, it shows that instant main Case bearing Crime No.42/2025 u/s 353,324,399,402 PPC of PS Tangwani and off shoot case of instant case, bearing Crime No.43/2025 u/s 23(i)(a) 25 Sindh Arms Act 2013 of PS Tangwani were amalgamated, therefore, case diaries were maintained in one main case/crime, bearing Crime No.42/2025 of PS Tangwani, and it is hereby ordered that case diaries of above mentioned both cases/crimes be maintained separately.
