Case called. The case of absconding accused Muhammad Nawaz @ Mazan Khoonharo and Qambar Khoonharo has been bifurcated from the main sessions case No.510/2021 The STate VS Abdul Rasheed @ Seenghar and others U/S 302,120-B,337-Hii,504,34 PPC Crime No.149/2020 of P.S K.N.Shah. Accused Muhammad Nawaz @ Mazan Khoonharo and Qambar Khoonharo have already been declared absconders. Proclamation Warrant U/S 87 Cr.P.C against above named both the accused is returned un-executed. Statement of ASI Imam Bux Khoso has been recorded at Ex. No.02. He produced his affidavit, Publication, mashirnama of publication and original proclamtion warrant at Ex. No.02/A to 02/D. Order passed thereon. The report regarding order of attachment U/S 88 Cr.P.C is also received from the Mukhtiarkar Taluka K.N.Shah and the same is kept at Ex. No.03. Accused Muhammad Nawaz @ Mazan Khoonharo and Qambar Khoonharo are decalred proclaimed offenders. Let case against them be kept on dormant file till their arrest or appearance before the court. |
