Crl.Misc.application u/s 22-A,B Cr.P.C is called. Applicant/petitioner Ghulam Nabi Khoso is present alongwith his learned counsel Mr.Saeed Ahmed Bangwar. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, learned ADPP for the State is present. Private respondents No.4 to 8 are called absent, notices issued against them return un-served by the process server as per his endorsement that they are absconders in Crime No.142/2026 of PS A/Section Kandhkot. Reports received by this Court from concerned authorities. Order on it. Filed. Arguments heard from both the sides. Order also prepared, signed and announced in open Court. For the reasons to be recorded, the SHO PS A/Section Kandhkot, and the I.O of the case are directed to conduct a fair, impartial, and speedy investigation strictly in accordance with law, to utilize all resources for the early recovery of the abductee and arrest of the accused, and to ensure that full protection of life and liberty is extended to the applicant. However, if the applicant remains aggrieved by any subsequent stage of the investigation or police conduct, he is is at liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate/trial Court having jurisdiction over the matter for redressal of his grievances, where the case/challan is pending or under process, with these directions, the instant Crl.Misc.application stands disposed of. |
