This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ahmed Ali Babar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Altaf @ Wali Dad S/o Allah Dad by Caste Devero in Crime No.21/2026 of PS Warah for offence U/S 324, 337Hii, 458, 148, 149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
