This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ahmed Ali Babar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Altaf @ Wali Dad S/o Allah Dad by Caste Devero in Crime No.21/2026 of PS Warah for offence U/S 324, 337Hii, 458, 148, 149 PPC.
