Case called. Accused Muhammad Bilal is produced in custody from District Prison and Correctional facility, Sanghar. Accused Khursheed Ahmed is present on interim pre-arrest bail, while lady accused Mst Kulsoom is called absent, BW issued against her is returned by the I.O. Accused per endorsement furnished by process server Inspector Wali Muhammad Bhanbhro escaped and concealed herself at unknown place, so he could not execute BW and returned it un-executed. This is murder case involving rape as well, so let NBW be issued against accused Mst Kulsoom. Mr. Jamaluddin Baladi ADPP for state is present. Complainant is present along with his counsel. Mr. Sher Ali Behan advocate appeared again and files vakalatnama on both accused Muhammad Bilal and Khurshed Ahmed, which is taken on record. Papers/documents have been supplied to accused Muhammad Bilal and Khursheed Ahmed in terms of section 265-C Cr.P.C on proper receipt at Ex???01. ABA of accused Khursheed Ahmed is also fixed today for hearing, in which heard argument. The application for pre-arrest bail has been dismissed being meritless. The interim pre-arrest bail order stands recalled, bail bond is cancelled, surety discharged, and the accused is ordered to be taken into custody and remanded to District Prison, Sanghar, to face trial in accordance with law. It is too painful to observe that as soon as this Court pronounced this order, accused reacted in an aggressive and defiant manner, used criminal force by pushing on-duty police officials namely PC Babar, PC Faisal, PC Asghar, PC Akbar, and PC Irshad with his hands and attempted to escape from Court but failed. Such conduct was witnessed in open Court by his learned counsel, the learned ADPP for the State, the learned counsel for the complainant and several other members of the Bar, including Mr. Muhammad Sharif Asif Misrani, Mr. Muhammad Yaseen Khaskheli, Mr. Tarique Mehboob, Mr. Hussain Bux Mari, Mr. Naseer Ahmed, and Mr. Muhammad Babar Sidhu. This behavior reflects an arrogant disposition, a blatant disregard for Court of law and an undermining attitude towards the sanctity of law and judicial proceedings. By consent case is adjourned. To come up on 24.12.2025 for execution of NBW against lady accused Mst Kulsoom. Accused Muhammad Bilal is remanded back to District Prison, Sanghar with direction to produce him through video link on next date without fail. |
