Work is suspended due to strike of District Bar Association Matiari. Cr. Misc. Application called. Applicant Ali Hassan Solangi and his counsel are present. Learned ADPP is present. Misc application is allowed and vehicle is ordered to be restored in favor of applicant subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs. 50,000/- & P.R bond in the like amount, and applicant is not allowed to move vehicle from PS as the same is in dangerous overloaded and in dimensional condition until and unless the load is brought within the limit in any other vehicle arranged by applicant and after payment of fine to the Motorway police.
