Case called. Accused are present on bail. Learned ADPP and defense counsel are present. Copy of police papers is supplied to accused as Ex 1. Accused persons have submitted an application for framing of charge today as they are residents of different districts. Order passed thereon. Let the charge be framed against the accused persons. Charge is framed as Ex 2 and their pleas are recorded as Ex 2-A and 2-B respectively to which they pleaded guilty. Accused persons have also submitted an application whereby pleading guilty. Simultaneously, show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C is served upon accused persons and they submitted their replies that are taken on record. Order passed and announced in open Court. Accused are convicted u/s 243 Cr. P.C and imposed fine of Rs 3000/- each (Total Rs 6000/-) as well as the accused shall remain in Court custody till arising of Court hours. In case of failure in depositing the fine amount the accused shall undergo SI for one fourth of the imprisonment. |
