ADPP for state present, Accused has filed application plead guilty, order passed on it, issue showcause notice against accused, accused showcause received and filed reply of showcause notice, order passed on separate sheet, I convict the accused P.C Shahbaz Dino U/ 243 Cr.PC on his plea of guilt for offence punishable under section 279 PPC & 75 NHSO. Till rising of court and to pay fine amount of Rs.1500/- and in default of payment of fine shall suffer SI for six months. Accused present on bail his bailbond stands cancelled and surety discharged, forthwith, If he is not required in another Case/crime. |
