Case called. Accused Fida Hussain Bhatti produced in custody from CP Larkana, while accused Saddam @ Saddam Hussain Bhatti is present on interim pre-arrest bail granted to him by this Court and said interim pre-arrest bail is already confirmed by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2025, while rest of the accused have been declared as PO. Learned I/C DPP present. Today case is fixed for supply of copies. Required copies of documents supplied to accused free of cost and such receipt obtained from them at -------------- Ex.04. Put off to 03.02.2026 for charge. Accused Fida Hussain sent back to custody, while accused Saddam @ Saddam Hussain is directed to attend. |
