Due to an oversight, the instant application, the counter-objection was incorrectly placed in Civil Appeal No. 6/2025 (Abdul Shakoor vs. Amjid Shahdue) instead of the present appeal.In view of the above, the application and the counter-objection have now been placed before the Court in the current appeal for hearing. The Junior Partner of the learned counsel for the respondent has requested an adjournment.
