D.S.P Motorway, C.M.O and counsel for C.M.O are present.The D.S.P Motorway informed on last date of hearing that even through he has fined about 7 lacs to bus, ven and coasters owners, but they have not shifted their bus adas and now they are threatening to him. This is very shocking as the report submitted by the D.S.P, S.S.P and S.H.O are clearly showing that they have shifted the bus adas at means they are filing fake report as complainant also informed the same situation of presence of buss stops at johi more. On next date the Deputy Commissioner and S.S.P dadu directed to report that why the illegal bus adas have once again shifted. Let the show cause notices again issued against D.S.P, S.H.O P.S B-Section for non-appearance. The S.S.P Further directed to remove bus stop and appointing new staff at police post Johi More. Furthermore one again this Court is giving last and final chance to deputing commissioner and S.S.P for removing all illegal bus stops from the johi more, otherwise the contempt proceedings will be initiated against all the responsible. Crl. Misc. Application called. Applicant present. DSP Motorway, CMO, and counsel for CMO are present.Today, the matter was fixed for compliance of the Court order. In this regard, the D.C. Dadu was issued a show-cause notice under Section 175 P.P.C.; however, despite receipt of the said show-cause notice, neither did he appear in person nor was any compliance report or reply to the show-cause notice received by this Court. This clearly shows that he has no regard for any Court order, letter, or show-cause notice.Hence, the Commissioner Hyderabad is directed to ensure compliance of the Court order and to issue a repeat show-cause notice to the D.C. Dadu.The applicant submitted a statement stating therein that the police of B-Section and others are allegedly receiving money from bus owners and allowing them to stop their vehicles there. The S.H.O. and D.S.P. are absent today and have also failed to submit their compliance reports. Hence, both are issued show-cause notices. The S.S.P. Dadu is further directed to ensure compliance of the Court order. As the D.S.P. and S.H.O. have failed to comply, the S.S.P. is directed to take legal action against them and to submit such report along with the compliance report on the next date of hearing.
