The applicant stated that bus stands (Bus Addas) are still functioning at Johi Mor and that vans, doms and other transport vehicles continue to stop there. He stated that the situation remains unchanged despite strict directions of this Court and various operations conducted by the Assistant Commissioner, Dadu and police officials. The Assistant Commissioner, Dadu submitted that actions were taken against the bus addas at Johi Mor; however, the nuisance could not be permanently removed due to lack of cooperation and interest on the part of police officials posted at Police Chowky Johi Mor. In this regard, P.D.S.P was also present in Court and, upon enquiry, he assured the Court that strict action shall be taken against all violators who are acting in breach of Court orders. He further undertook to increase the strength of police officials at Johi Mor, personally visit the site, and ensure removal of nuisance forthwith. This is very shocking as the report submitted by the D.S.P, S.S.P and S.H.O are clearly showing that they have shifted the bus adas at means they are filing fake report as complainant also informed the same situation of presence of buss stops at johi more. On next date the Deputy Commissioner and S.S.P dadu directed to report that why the illegal bus adas have once again shifted.
