S.C No.05/2025 is taken up. Accused (1) Muhammad Ayoub is present on interim pre-arrest bail granted to him by the Court of Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur but nothing new diary of pre-arrest bail order has been produced by the accused enabling this Court that he is still enjoying the relief of interim pre-arrest bail or otherwise; hence he is directed to produce diary of interim pre-arrest bail order for perusal of this Court.
