Per file in hand my learned Predecessor framed charge on 08.11.2024 and prosecution got examined complainant at (Ex.7) on 05.12.2025 and eye witnesses namely Zamir Hussain and Nazeer Muhammad at (Ex. 08 and 09) on 05.12.2025 so trial is in progress and learned defence counsel as well as learned ADPP for the state, duly assisted by the learned counsel for complainant have been strictly directed to proceed case vigilantly so that it may be decided timely on merit in accordance with law. The learned defence counsel sought adjournment on last date viz 23.01.2026 due to his alleged health issue. Case was adjourned for today. Today No PW or the learned counsel of either side is present despite several calls through court hours, and only learned ADPP for the state along with Court Naib is present.
