As per the report submitted by NADRA, the complainant party has not provided a copy of the CNICs or the CNIC numbers. Whereas, as per the report of the concerned Mukhtiarkar, the complainant party is residing in different areas and, therefore, could not be traced within a short period. The concerned Mukhtiarkar has, accordingly, requested further time to submit the report. the prosecution/complainant party is directed to ensure the attendance of the complainant and witnesses on the next date of hearing so that the Court may proceed with the compromise application or, in the alternative, proceed further with the matter in accordance with law. However, Mr. Karimdad Hingorjo, Advocate, has failed to appear before the Court and has not shown due interest in conducting the case on behalf of the accused despite his appointment as Pauper Counsel. Consequently, the accused are without effective legal representation.
