Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.13. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.14 that accused Dhani Bux @ Dhanoo son of Ibrahim @ Kiwi Bahalkani is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced in custody and remanded back, with directions to the jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required in any other case. |
