Let the car in question be restored to the applicant on Superdari subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Two Lac Rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Needless to mention here that the applicant shall not sale or change the complexity or colour of car in question and produce the same at the time of trial before this Court. Surety furnished. One namely Muhammad Yaseen S/O Ali Muhammad Sahito appeared and filed affidavit along with Two Original Saving Certificates bearing Reg: Nos.JJ-850196 & JJ-850197, total amount Rs:20,000/- stood a surety of vehicle bearing Reg No.AZK-537, new registration No.AAJV-964 along with P.R bond. Order passed on affidavit. Surety accepted in sum of Rs:200,000/- Office is directed to issue letter to SHO P.S Taluka for release restore the Car to real owner after proper verification and identification. |
