Complainant is present file No objection application alongwith affidavit. Order passed on it. I.O is present. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open court the Court to the material collection by I.O is not sufficient in this regard. Hence, I hereby decline to agree and concurred with the report submit by I.O for take cognizance, and thereby the taking of cognizance is declined and rather I treat, convert in to and Consequently , the FIR bearing 29/2026 shall be cancelled and in consequent whereof, the above mentioned accused are discharged .I.O ASI and SHO concerned are directed to cancel the FIR drawing a red line across the page and comply with the provision of rule 24 .8 of the police rule 1934 accordingly. |
