Summary called.ADPP,Complainant and injured are present. Complainant Abdul Qadir and injured Khadim Hussain in person and filed applications that if this court disposed of case they have no objection.Heard and perused the material.order passed and announced in open court. Perusal of material it reflects that complainant has nominated accused in FIR however later on complainant and pws in their further statement has exonarrated accused and inview of application filed by complainant and injured, I am of the humble opinion that this is fit case for disposal under ???C??? Class. Thus final report is here by approved under ???C??? Class. Since FIR being Crime No.184/2025 of police station:Mirpur Mathelo is disposed of so the accused and his surety is discharged, if any. Let the order be sent to SHO PS Concerned for information. |
