Matter called. Today, the matter is fixed for service upon the respondents No.1 & 2. Learned counsel for the applicant and respondent No. 6 are present. Per Bailiff???s report dated 01.10.2025 and 06.10.2025, the respondent No.2, namely Dr. Muhamsmad Ali Shaikh, who also acts as the attorney for respondents No.1(a) to 1(k), has been duly served at his residence. The TCS report further indicates that one Salman, son of Dr. Muhammad Ali Shaikh, received the summons issued by this Court; however, respondent No.2 has willfully failed to appear before this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant and respondent No.6 stated at the Bar that the respondent No.2/attorney of respondents No.1 (a) to (k) regularly attends proceedings before the trial court. In view thereof, let the Notice be repeated and served upon the respondent No.2 through the trial court, where the matter is fixed on 25.10.2025 for announcement of judgment. A bailable warrant is also issued against the respondent No.2 through the SHO of the concerned Police Station. Since valuable rights of the parties are involved, the learned trial court is hereby restrained from passing the judgment till the decision of the instant revision application.
