This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Liaquat Ali Bhurgri advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused Saddam S/o Ghulam Ali & Ghulam Nabi S/o Ghulam Ali both by caste Magsi in Crime No.60/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 324, 504, 148, 149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thouand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concered Court. Put off to 29.04.2026, for confirmation or otherwise.
