Today the matter is fixed for evidence. Earlier case was called complainant Aijaz Ali Shah was present and he requested that case be fixed on 21.08.2026 but accused requested the case be fixed by tomorrow as they are Army Employee and they are coming from Turbat and Guwader, therefore, matter was kept aside for appearance of their learned counsel for proper fixation of date of hearing. Now, matter is again taken up accused are present alongwith their counsel but neither complainant nor his counsel are in attendance though the matter is repeatedly called. Perusal of record transpires that the matter is fixed for evidence and only complainant is appearing in present case and he is not bringing his witnesses with him, record further depicts that on last date of hearing viz; on 06.08.2026 complainant had moved adjournment application on the ground that he will bring his witnesses on next date and today he has again not brought his witnesses with him for the reasons best known to him. Now matter is called complainant is absent though the matter has repeatedly called. Conduct of the complainant shows that he either want to linger on the matter or he is not interest to proceed the case however matter is adjourned in the interest of justice.
