This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Khaman @ Asad Ali son of Abdul Sattar Gopang in Crime No.09/2015 of PS Khabar for offence U/S 324,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court.
