This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed by Mr.Raja Ali Waqas advocate on behalf of applicant Mst Rabiya w/o Qurban Ali by caste Junejo against SHO PP Lalu Raunk & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Khalid Hussain the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Warrah is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS PP Lalu Raunk and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 19.03.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
