Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present and submitted statement alongwith Courier and Registered AD receipts which are kept on record. Ms.Bushra Salahuddin Advcoate filed memo of appearance on behalf of defendant No.1 and received copies. None is present from the defendant No.2. Process through Bailiff returned served upon defendant No.1 and unserved upon defendant no.2. Repeat summons upon defendant No.2 through Bailiff. Order passed on separate order sheet. Therefore, the operation of letter dated 17.03.2026 is hereby suspended and the defendants are restrained from dispossessing of tenants of the plaintiffs and also creating third party interest over the suit property till next date of hearing. Put off to 28.04.2026 for service upon the defendant No.2 as well as filing W.S & C.A by defendant No.1 and also hearing on application U/O 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC. |
