This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Kamran Gorar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul Latif son of Muhammad Punhal @ Haji Punhal Kalhoro, 02-Ahmed Ali @ Haji Ahmed son of Muhammad Punhal @ Haji Punhal Kalhoro, 03-Muhammad Ali son of Muhammad Punhal @ Haji Punhal Kalhoro in Crime No.02/2013 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 302,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
