Today ASI Aedan of P.S Diplo, appeared on behalf of SHO P.S Diplo and submitted final challan in crime No:21/2026 U/S 25 Sindh Arms Act 2013, of P.S Diplo against accused namely Mashooque Ali S/o Muhammad Ibrahim, by caste Lund, R/o Faqeer Muhammad Lund, Taluka Kaloi. Accused is present on bail. Heard ASI & perused the relevant papers. Final challan accepted, Register the case. Photo stat copies of police papers supplied to accused on free of cost vide receipt at Exh:01. As the alleged offence, U/S 25 Sindh Arms Act,2013, is exclusively triable by Court of Sessions.
